CHICKEN BREAST FILLET
All our chicken recipes use chicken breast fillets, exclusively sourced from NZ barn-raised, grain-fed birds. Our crumbed breast fillets use a special Burger Wisconsin recipe for tender succulence and golden crispiness.
Like all our ingredients, our range of NZ cheeses is selected for flavour and texture. Camembert is soft and creamy, blue cheese is sharp and tangy (perfect for our dipping sauces). We use whole milk block colby, which is sliced in store and has a softer texture making it melt beautifully.
