Our patties combine ground AngusPure beef, onions, herbs, spices and
fresh egg to bind. All natural with no preservatives, additives or artificial
binders.
Chicken Breast Fillet
All our chicken recipes use pure chicken meat, exclusively sourced from
NZ barn-raised, free to roam, grain fed birds.
Our breast fillets are marinated in a special Burger Wisconsin recipe
for tender succulence while our Tandoori chicken combines chicken thighs
with exotic Indian spices for a rich classic Tandoor flavour.
Lamb
Only the best shoulder cuts of pure NZ farmed lamb, renowned for their sweetness and succulence, are used in our burgers. We marinate lean shoulder strips in coriander, cumin, garlic and soy before serving with minted cucumber yoghurt.
Fish
We choose the freshest fillets of NZ Dory, lightly crumbed and served with a tangy coriander and lime mayonnaise. Dory is a NZ favourite and is Forest & Bird fish choice for environmentally sustainable fishing.
Falafel
Our vegetable falafel bursts with goodness and flavour. Healthy chickpeas, red kidney beans, rice, peanuts and sesame seeds combine to work their magic with coriander and spices.
